4. Contact form

When filling out the contact form you make your personal data available to us. We collect the following types of data: Name, email address, telephone number and information required to prepare an individual quotation. We use this data solely for the purpose of responding to your particular enquiry or request and for provision of information. We use a recognised encryption procedure to protect your data when it is being transmitted to us. We will store your personal data for the period of time necessary for fulfilment of the purposes described in this data protection notice. Article 6(1)(1)(a) GDPR serves as the lawful basis of the processing. Sending the form constitutes your consent to the processing of your data.

5. Trade fair package

Normally as a visitor to our off-line trade fair we would present you with a small gift to take home with you. However, since this is impossible due to the COVID-19 situation, we would like to send a small token of our appreciation to our customers at their home address.

In this respect, you have the possibility of filling out an online form; we ask for your name, address, and customer number, so that we can then send a small gift to your home.

Der  Versand von Newslettern erfolgt durch die CleverReach GmbH & Co. KG, Schafjückenweg 2, 26180 Rastede. CleverReach ist ein Dienst, mit dem der Newsletterversand organisiert und analysiert werden kann. Die zwecks Newsletter-Bezug verwendeten Daten (z. B. E-Mail-Adresse) werden auf den Servern von CleverReach in Deutschland bzw. Irland gespeichert. Wir haben mit CleverReach eine Auftragsverarbeitungsvereinbarung abgeschlossen.

Unsere mit CleverReach versandten Newsletter ermöglichen uns die Analyse des Verhaltens der Newsletterempfänger. 9. Interactive video in the Internal area.

We have integrated an interactive video in the Internal area of the website, via iframe. This video is hosted on the servers of adventr. The operator is Adventr Technology Inc.

Option 1 (for a 2-click solution)

When you interact with the video, adventr will process your personal data, such as IP address, and various personal data of your end device (for example, operating system). This processing is necessary to play the video. According to Article 6(1)(1)(a) GDPR, you grant your consent for data collection through your interaction with the video.

Option 2 (if there is blocking by ConsentManager):

If you have configured your cookie settings appropriately beforehand, your personal data, including IP address and various technical data of your end device (e.g. operating system), will be processed. This processing is necessary to play the video. In accordance with Article (6)(1)(1)(a) GDPR, your consent serves as the lawful basis.

10. Your rights relative to the processing of your personal data

You have various rights relative to the processing of your personal data, of which we would like to inform you below.
